Sports clubs Akademia Piłkarska Reissa and Akademia Piłkarska Falubaz gather over 4000 players, being one of the largest football academies in Europe. The mission of the Academies is to promote a healthy lifestyle among children and youth.
For Akademia Piłkarska Reissa, we have developed a comprehensive academy management system and project management platform.
An extensive tool enabling the management of football academies. It includes an internet platform for administrators and clients. The platform consists of a complete database regarding clients, participants, employees, and sports facilities. Its significant advantages are full automation and ease of use. The panel can be fully customized to the client’s individual preferences. The platform can have several levels of access, e.g., for coaches, administrators, accountants.

Complete database
The participant module allows browsing and editing the database of all registered users and clients in the system, providing quick access to all relevant information. Participants can be assigned to specific locations and teams with different levels of advancement, and coaches can add training notes.
Finances under control
Thanks to the financial module, it is possible to automatically issue and send invoices to clients. The system automatically reminds the client of overdue payments and calculates any penalties. The financial segment also includes statistics and comparisons regarding the academy’s financial performance.
Effective resource management
Another segment provides access to a complete database of employees, training locations, rented sports facilities, and the equipment within them. Coaches can submit requests for necessary sports equipment.
Training makes champions
The system includes a creator and exercise templates for participants, which can be combined into lesson plans shared with coaches. This facilitates the management of educational materials. The module is fully transparent, allowing administrators access to download history.
Teams, matches, and trainings
This module allows comprehensive management of existing teams, scheduling matches and trainings, checking attendance lists, and attaching lesson plans to specific trainings. It is also possible to view the history of played matches and conducted trainings.
Keeping in touch with the client
The communication system with clients and employees through group messaging via SMS and email allows for quick notification of unplanned changes and reminders of upcoming events. It is possible to create recipient groups and set templates for sent messages. The system also includes an extensive newsletter delivery system with a built-in analysis module.
Loyalty at a price
The Sport Management System allows for awarding loyalty points to participants, e.g., for attending trainings, making timely payments, which can be used in an external online store.
